Vacuum Dryer Machine (GGzk)

Vacuum system:
The system consists of twin-stage oil ring vacuum pump and lobed element pump, it has supplying, freezing, pressure-releasing, non-return and discharging etc. To make sure the system works under high-vacuum situation(reach 10-100mbar vacuum degree).
Because of the leather always under high-vacuum status, it could extract much water, which can shorten the time of vacuum and improve the output. This system is stable property and long life.
Control system
Working temp: 25degree-70degree vacuum time: Accord to leather technological requirements
Vacuum degree: 10-100mbar
The whole device is controlled by Japan Mitsubishi PLC, with system of error alarm to indicate the error place, make sure the operator can repair it to normal condition rapidly.
Discharge system:
Both sides of each table plate has a big volume condensing beam made of stainless steel and the condenser locating at the front side of lobed element pump, it can condense the extracted steam, discharge through the discharge pipe, avoiding the sewage to rust the vacuum pump and lobed element pump, which can prolong the life of device.

Steel mesh quick clean and replace system:
With simplest sealed plastic and the replace design of wire mesh, which leads the product operates easily and safety.

Safety system:
General electronic control system: It has a control panel beside the operator, to control the lift, down and pause.
Mechanical security system: Composed of cylinder live arm section, when exceptional happened or every plant raises it will extend automatically, thus can stuck the decline board.
Hydraulic security system: In the Hydraulic pipe, hydraulic-driven throttle valve and the rate of decline linked directly with the fuel tank.
Electrical security system: Controlled by PLC with alarming function.
Guard plate security system: It uses near trip switch control to make worker safely.
Effective security system ensures the security of operators and machines.
Hydraulic system:
Imported hydraulic parts, the system is stable and reliable. No leakage and low noise.
Special take-off and landing tanks, run a flexible, durable.

Condensate system:
Vacuum system use the twin-stage condensing equipment, primary condensing equipment: With steel beam on the both sides of the working table. Secondary condenser is at the front of the lobe pump.
The twin-stage condensing equipment can speed up the steam condensing, and lift the working efficiency of vacuum pump and root pump. Enlarge the volume of leasing air, rise the vacuum degree.
If customer choose condensing tower, the tower will supply the cold water, and cool the water for recycling using. Save the energy and lower the working table temp to 30 degree
